Deduct $50 for multiple booths with same company name. A deposit of $600 for each space must accompany contract. The balance is due by Dec. 31, 2007. After Jan. 1, 2008 full payment must be included with the contract.

Booth Sub- Letting, Sharing, Re- Assigning requires an additional $300 payment. Booth Sub- Letting, Sharing, Re- Assigning will be permitted only with the exhibit executive manager’s approval.

Note: ID Badges: Four will be given for each booth space. Applications must be submitted by March 1, 2008. Badges will be delivered at the show. Additional or replacement badges will cost $20 extra.
