Exhibit Booth Pricing
Deduct $50 for multiple booths with the same company name. A deposit of $500 for each space must accompany contract. The balance is due by January 1, 2003. After January 1, 2003, full payment must be included with the contract. BOOTH SUBLETTING, SHARING, OR REASSIGNING requires an additional $200 payment. Booth subletting, sharing, or reassigning will be permitted only with the exhibit executive manager's approval. NOTE: Booth space will not be held without a deposit. Booth will consist of 8' high back drape, 3' high side rails with drape, chairs, and one 7" x 44" booth ID sign. Aisles only will be carpeted. A service kit describing additional furniture, accessories, A/V, electric, drayage, etc. will be mailed beginning February 1, 2003 upon full payment. |
